HUMAN RESOURCES and ADMINISTRATION DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares and implements the company human resources policy;
Works out staff related in-company regulations, work procedures, job descriptions, corporate conduct manual, etc.
Carries out recruitment and selection;
Organizes training and career development;
Works out remuneration, compensation and benefit system;
Manages the annual appraisal process with focus on targets achievement and rewarding;
Helps employees understand and adopt the corporate culture aims;
Striving to improve internal communication, employees’ motivation and positive work attitude;
Facilitating conflict resolution;
Carring out regular interviews with the employees for researching opinions, dis/satisfaction, attitudes, etc;
Follows the labor, health, social and tax law and state authorities' procedures and guidelines;
Manages and ensures the smooth running of the administration activities (issuance of documents, booking employess’flights, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
University education, specialization “HR Management”, “Psychology”, “Business Administration”, “Law”;
Min 5 years of practical HR experience with a min 2 years on a managerial position;
English language proficiency;
Effective interpersonal, process and project management skills;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization and liaise with the line and executive management;
Ability to effectively resolve problems or issues in a timely manner;
Strict, persistent and highly-organised person;
Business-like attitude and behaviour.
