Flight Operations and Crew Recruitment Assistant

Description
We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team as

Responsibilities

• create and update list of recruited pilots
• coordinate hiring of pilots with Training Department
• coordinate contracting of new pilots after Training plan established
• manage provision of ID cards, uniform and email accounts for new pilots
• support logistic department in providing transport and accommodation to crewmembers
• performs other duties, as assigned by superiors
• organizes recruitment events in cooperation with the logistic team
• conducts assessment centers
• provides customer service to applicants and job candidates
• manages recruitment data base

We are looking for candidates with:

• college / university degree
• fluent English language skills
• excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• assertive personality, accuracy
• detail oriented approach
• flexibility, ability to react quickly to the operational needs
• commitment to deliver quality work
