• Coordinate in the activities of crew and explain all possible conditions of weather or any other issues to passengers.
• Responsible for safety and care of passengers.
• Deal with security and emergency situations.
• Say welcome to all passengers and take proper care for their comfort.
• Make in-flight announcements.
• Serve meals and drinks to passengers.
• Take prior information about emergency equipment including first-aid kit.
• Check tickets and sitting plans of passengers.
• Assist passengers in loading carry-on baggage and finding their seat belts.
