The Position: The incumbent of the position will be responsible for providing Technical and Analytical Support to the front end activity by reviewing Component and Power plant related repair vendor performance, supply chain reliability, cost of repairs, performance and reliability issues and providing input to achieve higher productivity. He/ She would also plan, prioritise and ensure repair/ overhaul of component and Power plant at the Repair Agencies’ facilities are carried out in accordance to the agreed workscope and also meeting the agreed contractual TAT (turn around time), to be able to provide continuous support to aircraft maintenance requirements.

Salary & Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66. Experience and Qualifications:

• ‘A’ Level or equivalent with 8 years Industry experience in supply chain management, Warehouse and Logistics, Component Management, Material Planning/Support & Inventory Control, Technical Purchasing or any other support services.
• OR University Degree preferably in Engineering / Business Studies with 5 years of experience of which 3 years should be in Component Management role in an airline or third party maintenance organization.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Supervisory role in Component Management in an airline/third party maintenance base or any other large Engineering Organisation.
