Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• translate Malév Group IT Strategy into an operational plan and consequently to drive and lead the IT Business Partners Team;
• ensure the Malév Group has the necessary Business Systems to run the business in line with its operational and strategic objectives;
• direct, lead and support the optimisation of the Group’s business processes and keeping solution consistency.

Job requirements:
• college or university degree;
• advanced English knowledge (written and spoken);
• minimum of 10 years professional experience in a similar or equivalent position;
• in-depth knowledge of Business IT issues (project management, business intelligence, information management, etc.);
• significant functional capabilities (strategy development, programme planning, organizational development, etc);
• in-depth understanding of long term business challenges;
• ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality;
• well-developed information technology skills an advantage;
• acknowledged and proven oral and written communication skills;
• exceptional ability to influence, at all organizational levels and within all functions;
• acknowledged and proven leadership skills, specifically in developing individuals with high potential and managing of intra-departmental / intra-subsidiary relations;
• excellent project management skills.
